Vegan Chipotle Ranch Dressing
Can be used as salad dressing, sauce on vegetable bowls, on tacos or on veggie burgers. This tastes excellent and is easy to make!

cup
raw cashews
½
cup
water
⅓
cup
peeled and diced cucumber

TB
fresh squeezed lemon juice
1
TB
nutritional yeast
1
fresh garlic clove (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
½
tsp
onion powder
¼
tsp
sea salt
¼
tsp
dried dill
¼
tsp
smoked paprika
⅛
tsp
chipotle powder (add more for more spice)
Instructions
Mix Salad Dressing
Add all ingredients into blender and blend well until smooth.
Optional: Add 1-2 TB of additional water if dressing is too thick.
Pour into small glass Ball jar or salad dressing container.
