Vegan Cashew Mayo
Delicious and healthy vegan mayo that is easy and fast to make.

Ingredients

cashews, raw and unsalted
1
lemon
fresh squeezed juice
1
clove
garlic

TB
apple cider vinegar
½
tsp
pink himalayan salt
pinch
pepper
2
tsp
dijon mustard
2
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
onion powder
½
cup
water
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass jar to store or into a small bowl to serve.
Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
