Sprouted Oatmeal with Flax, Chia, and Hemp Seeds

This is Cheryl's favorite way to make sprouted oatmeal which is very healthy and nourishing. This is a great side with a breakfast protein superfood smoothie or you can add 1-2 eggs as additional protein with the oatmeal.

Ingredients

cup
water (or 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup whole milk)
¼
cup
sprouted oats
½
cup
frozen blueberries, thawed
1
TB
chia seeds
1
TB
hemp seeds
1
TB
flax seed meal
¼
tsp
ceylon cinnamon
1-2
TB
raw nuts
5-6
drops
organic vanilla stevia
Instructions
Add water (or water and milk) to pot and boil.
Add ¼ cup of sprouted oats and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour into bowl and add flax seed meal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, ceylon cinnamon, raw nuts and vanilla stevia for vanilla flavor.
