Pumpkin Smoothie with Turmeric

This is a delicious pumpkin smoothie for fall, or anytime, if you like pumpkin flavors! This is very easy to make is very nourishing!

banana

cauliflower rice

Farmers Market organic pumpkin puree (BPA free can)
2 ½
tsp
Simply Organic pumpkin spice
¼
cup
raw cashews
2
TB
flax seeds
2
TB
coconut butter
1
TB
hemp seeds
½
tsp
organic turmeric powder
2
scoops
vanilla protein powder
1
large
ice cube
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
Optionally, top with pecans, sprouted pumpkin seeds and/or coconut flakes.
