Orange Cream Smoothie

This is a delicious orange cream smoothie with raw almonds, flaxseeds and chia seeds! You can also eat this as a smoothie bowl and add optional toppings of hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and/or coconut flakes.

medium orange, peeled (substitute frozen blueberries for a blueberry smoothie!)

cup
plain greek yogurt or plain coconut yogurt

cup
cauliflower rice, frozen

scoop
vanilla protein powder

raw almonds

tsp
chia seeds
2
tsp
flax seeds

tsp
vanilla exract
½
cup
water
Optional Ingredients

tsp
turmeric powder
natural sweetener:
10-12
drops of liquid stevia (if protein powder is unsweetened)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass or bowl and add toppings if desired.
