2scoopsplant based protein powder (or protein of choice)
¼tspceylon cinnamon
¼tspturmeric root powder
⅛tspginger root spice or ¾ tsp fresh grated ginger
2tspmoringa leaf powder (or green superfood powder)
2tspsuper anthocyanins powder or acai powder
1tspbeet root juice powder
Instructions
Cut pomegranate in half and get all of the seeds out of both sides. Measure ¼ cup of seeds and place into a blender. Save the remaining pomegranate seeds to freeze to make this smoothie recipe again later.
Add all remaining ingredients to the blender and add 3½ cups of purified water.
Optional: Add up to ¼ tsp of USDA Organic Stevia Extra powder or 10-20 drops of liquid stevia for additional sweetness.
Blend on high until smooth.
Pour into 2 bowls. Top with optional toppings: handful of fresh berries, walnuts, pecans, bee pollen and/or sprouted pumpkin seeds.
Freeze the leftover pomegranate seeds on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent them from sticking together. Use the frozen seeds to make this recipe again in the future.
