Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
½
cup
raw tahini
¼
cup
lemon juice
¼
cup
avocado oil or olive oil
2
TB
maple syryp
¼
tsp
sea salt
2
cloves
garlic
6
TB
purified water
Instructions
Add tahini, lemon juice, avocado (or olive oil), maple syrup, sea salt, fresh garlic and water and blend in blender until smooth.
If necessary, add more water in small amounts until the sauce is the thickness you prefer.
Pour into glass salad dressing container or glass Ball jar with lid.
Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
