Homemade Italian Dressing
This healthy Italian Dressing is delicious and made with many nourishing ingredients! Use it as salad dressing or to make roasted veggies.

Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil

white wine vinegar

lemon juice, fresh squeezed

fresh parsley, finely chopped
1.5
tsp
raw honey
1.5
tsp
dried oregano

cloves
garlic, crushed
¾
tsp
dijon mustard
¾
tsp
dried thyme
heaping
¼ tsp
himalayan pink salt
freshly
ground
pepper, to taste

parmesan cheese, grated or shredded (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, honey, oregano, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese (optional), and mix well.
