This is a delicious and nourishing soup that I learned about when I was not feeling well. It truly helped me heal and feel better quickly. It is also a wonderful and nutritious soup that you can eat any day of the year! It is very easy and simple to make.
Saute onions, carrots, celery and garlic in a large pot, until soft.
Add fresh ground ginger and fresh (or dried) turmeric powder to taste.
Add water or bone broth to the vegetables and simmer until vegetables are slightly tender. Add himalayan pink salt and white pepper to taste.
Use a hand immersion blender to puree the soup. Alternatively, you can carefully transfer the soup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
