This is a delicious and nourishing smoothie with anti-inflammatory ingredients and is excellent as a post workout meal.

Raw spinach (or any greens), raw or frozen leaves

Cauliflower rice, frozen
HEALTHY FATS

Avocado (conventional is safe due to thick skin)

Raw Coconut Butter

Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds
PROTEIN, SPICES & SUPERFOOD POWDERS

Ceylon cinnamon

Turmeric Root powder

Beet Root Juice powder

Super Anthocyanins powder or Acai powder
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS FOR EACH BOWL

Instructions
Add all ingredients into blender
Add 3 ½ cups purified water
Blend on high until smooth
Pour into 2 bowls and add toppings of your choice on each bowl
