Mixed Greens Garden Salad with Caesar Dressing
This is a simple salad that is quick to make for lunch for dinner or as a side salad. You can add your protein(s) of choice, like beans, cheese, chicken or turkey. Makes 2 salads.

mixed greens (or more for larger salads)

grape tomatoes (cut in half)

radishes, sliced

carrot, chopped

green onions, chopped

fresh basil, chopped

fermented veggies (kraut)
Protein & Topping Ideas

black beans, drained and rinsed (or beans of your choice)

sliced turkey or chicken

shredded cheese (or cheese of your choice)

sprouted sunflower seeds
Vegan Caesar Dressing (or any dressing of your choice)
Instructions
Prepare Salads
Add mixed greens to fill 2 serving bowls.
Chop grape tomatoes, radishes, carrots, green onions and basil and add to each salad bowl.
Add your protein(s) of choice: beans, sliced turkey or chicken, or any other protein of your choice.
Optional: Shred cheddar cheese and add to each salad.
Add sunflower seeds as topping.
