This is a delicious and healthy vegan caesar salad dressing recipe that is quick and easy to make! Add optional toppings like tomatoes, sliced red onions, parmesan cheese and hard boiled eggs. Ingredients
Salad Ingredients
- 4 romaine hearts, chopped
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- ⅔ cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 4 slices red onions
Optional Protein Topping
- 1-2 hard boiled, sliced eggs for each salad
Caesar Dressing Ingredients

Instructions
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
- Add romaine lettuce into serving bowls and toppings of your choice like tomatoes, red onions and parmesan cheese.
- Make the Vegan Caesar Cashew Dressing by adding all of the salad dressing ingredients into the blender and blending until smooth. See the recipe link in the NOTES section.
- Serve as a a side salad or as a main course with sliced, hard boiled eggs.
