Pumpkin Smoothie with Turmeric

This is a delicious pumpkin smoothie for fall, or anytime, if you like pumpkin flavors! This is very easy to make is very nourishing!
Servings 2 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 can Farmers Market organic pumpkin puree (BPA free can)
  • 2 ½ tsp Simply Organic pumpkin spice
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • 2 TB flax seeds
  • 2 TB coconut butter
  • 1 TB hemp seeds
  • ½ tsp organic turmeric powder
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 large ice cube

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  • Optionally, top with pecans, sprouted pumpkin seeds and/or coconut flakes.
