Pumpkin Smoothie with Turmeric
This is a delicious pumpkin smoothie for fall, or anytime, if you like pumpkin flavors! This is very easy to make is very nourishing!
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup cauliflower rice
- 1 can Farmers Market organic pumpkin puree (BPA free can)
- 2 ½ tsp Simply Organic pumpkin spice
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 2 TB flax seeds
- 2 TB coconut butter
- 1 TB hemp seeds
- ½ tsp organic turmeric powder
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 large ice cube
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Optionally, top with pecans, sprouted pumpkin seeds and/or coconut flakes.
