Orange Cream Smoothie

This is a delicious orange cream smoothie with raw almonds, flaxseeds and chia seeds! You can also eat this as a smoothie bowl and add optional toppings of hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and/or coconut flakes.
Servings 1 serving

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ medium orange, peeled (substitute frozen blueberries for a blueberry smoothie!)
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt or plain coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice, frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 TB raw almonds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla exract
  • ½ cup water

Optional Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • natural sweetener: 10-12 drops of liquid stevia (if protein powder is unsweetened)

Optional Topping Ideas

  • 1 TB raw hemp seeds
  • 1 TB sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 TB cacao nibs
  • 1 TB raw coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glass or bowl and add toppings if desired.
