Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup raw tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 TB maple syryp
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 TB purified water

Instructions
 

  • Add tahini, lemon juice, avocado (or olive oil), maple syrup, sea salt, fresh garlic and water and blend in blender until smooth.
  • If necessary, add more water in small amounts until the sauce is the thickness you prefer.
  • Pour into glass salad dressing container or glass Ball jar with lid.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
