Lemon Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup raw tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup avocado oil or olive oil
- 2 TB maple syryp
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 TB purified water
Instructions
- Add tahini, lemon juice, avocado (or olive oil), maple syrup, sea salt, fresh garlic and water and blend in blender until smooth.
- If necessary, add more water in small amounts until the sauce is the thickness you prefer.
- Pour into glass salad dressing container or glass Ball jar with lid.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
