Sprouted Oats with Flax, Hemp & Chia Seeds

Sprouted Oatmeal with Flax, Chia, and Hemp Seeds
This is Cheryl's favorite way to make sprouted oatmeal which is very healthy and nourishing. This is a great side with a breakfast protein superfood smoothie or you can add 1-2 eggs as additional protein with the oatmeal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water (or 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup whole milk)
- ¼ cup sprouted oats
- ½ cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1 TB chia seeds
- 1 TB hemp seeds
- 1 TB flax seed meal
- ¼ tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1-2 TB raw nuts
- 5-6 drops organic vanilla stevia
Instructions
- Add water (or water and milk) to pot and boil.
- Add ¼ cup of sprouted oats and boil for 10 minutes.
- Pour into bowl and add flax seed meal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, ceylon cinnamon, raw nuts and vanilla stevia for vanilla flavor.
