Sprouted Oatmeal with Flax, Chia, and Hemp Seeds

This is Cheryl's favorite way to make sprouted oatmeal which is very healthy and nourishing. This is a great side with a breakfast protein superfood smoothie or you can add 1-2 eggs as additional protein with the oatmeal.
Servings 1 person

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water (or 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup whole milk)
  • ¼ cup sprouted oats
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1 TB chia seeds
  • 1 TB hemp seeds
  • 1 TB flax seed meal
  • ¼ tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1-2 TB raw nuts
  • 5-6 drops organic vanilla stevia

Instructions
 

  • Add water (or water and milk) to pot and boil.
  • Add ¼ cup of sprouted oats and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Pour into bowl and add flax seed meal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, ceylon cinnamon, raw nuts and vanilla stevia for vanilla flavor.
