Blueberry Banana Acai Superfood Smoothie Bowl
This is a delicious and nourishing smoothie with anti-inflammatory ingredients and is excellent as a post workout meal.
Ingredients
WHOLE FRUITS & VEGGIES
- 1.5 cups Blueberries, frozen
- ½ Banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Raw spinach (or any greens), raw or frozen leaves
- 1 cup Cauliflower rice, frozen
HEALTHY FATS
- 1 medium Avocado (conventional is safe due to thick skin)
- 1 TB Raw Coconut Butter
- 2 TB Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds
PROTEIN, SPICES & SUPERFOOD POWDERS
- 2 servings Plant based protein powder
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp Turmeric Root powder
- 2 tsp Green Superfood powder
- 1 tsp Beet Root Juice powder
- 2 tsp Super Anthocyanins powder or Acai powder
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS FOR EACH BOWL
- Handful of Fresh berries
- 5-6 thin Banana slices
- 1 TB Hemp seeds
- 1 TB Pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender
- Add 3 ½ cups purified water
- Blend on high until smooth
- Pour into 2 bowls and add toppings of your choice on each bowl
- Serve and enjoy!
