Blueberry Banana Acai Superfood Smoothie Bowl

This is a delicious and nourishing smoothie with anti-inflammatory ingredients and is excellent as a post workout meal.

Ingredients
  

WHOLE FRUITS & VEGGIES

  • 1.5 cups Blueberries, frozen
  • ½ Banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Raw spinach (or any greens), raw or frozen leaves
  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice, frozen

HEALTHY FATS

  • 1 medium Avocado (conventional is safe due to thick skin)
  • 1 TB Raw Coconut Butter
  • 2 TB Flax Seeds or Chia Seeds

PROTEIN, SPICES & SUPERFOOD POWDERS

  • 2 servings Plant based protein powder
  • ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Root powder
  • 2 tsp Green Superfood powder
  • 1 tsp Beet Root Juice powder
  • 2 tsp Super Anthocyanins powder or Acai powder

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS FOR EACH BOWL

  • Handful of Fresh berries
  • 5-6 thin Banana slices
  • 1 TB Hemp seeds
  • 1 TB Pecans, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into blender
  • Add 3 ½ cups purified water
  • Blend on high until smooth
  • Pour into 2 bowls and add toppings of your choice on each bowl
  • Serve and enjoy!
