Homemade Italian Dressing
Homemade Italian Dressing
This healthy Italian Dressing is delicious and made with many nourishing ingredients! Use it as salad dressing or to make roasted veggies.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup +2 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 3 TB white wine vinegar
- 3 TB lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1.5 TB fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1.5 tsp raw honey
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¾ tsp dijon mustard
- ¾ tsp dried thyme
- heaping ¼ tsp himalayan pink salt
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 3 TB parmesan cheese, grated or shredded (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, honey, oregano, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese (optional), and mix well.
