Homemade Italian Dressing

Homemade Italian Dressing

This healthy Italian Dressing is delicious and made with many nourishing ingredients! Use it as salad dressing or to make roasted veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup +2 TB extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 TB white wine vinegar
  • 3 TB lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1.5 TB fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tsp raw honey
  • 1.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ¾ tsp dijon mustard
  • ¾ tsp dried thyme
  • heaping ¼ tsp himalayan pink salt
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 3 TB parmesan cheese, grated or shredded (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, honey, oregano, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese (optional), and mix well.
