Vegan Cashew Mayo
Delicious and healthy vegan mayo that is easy and fast to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews, raw and unsalted
- 1 lemon fresh squeezed juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 TB apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp pink himalayan salt
- pinch pepper
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass jar to store or into a small bowl to serve.
- Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
