Vegan Chipotle Ranch Dressing

Vegan Chipotle Ranch Dressing
Can be used as salad dressing, sauce on vegetable bowls, on tacos or on veggie burgers or as a dip. This tastes excellent and is easy to make!
Ingredients
Organic Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- ¾ cup water (only add ½ cup water for dip)
- ⅓ cup peeled and diced cucumber
- 2 TB fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 TB (heaping) nutritional yeast
- 1 large fresh garlic clove
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp (heaping) sea salt
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ⅛ tsp chipotle powder (add more for spicier dressing)
Instructions
Mix Salad Dressing
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend well until smooth.
- Optional: Add 1-2 TB of additional water if dressing is too thick.
- Pour into small glass Ball jar or salad dressing container.
