Cheryl White, CNHP, CHC
Founder, Author, Certified Health Coach, Speaker, Wellness Advocate, Product Researcher
Welcome! I am delighted that you are here! I created Cheryl White Wellness to teach and empower others to nourish their body, live a healthy lifestyle, and improve their health in body, mind, spirit and soul. I am a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP) and Certified Christian Health Coach (CHC).
My health writing, teaching and coaching are in alignment with God’s word and Biblical truths. I love walking with women and encouraging them to follow a healthy lifestyle and helping them live their lives to their fullest God given potential. I truly care about your health and desire to share my gifts, talents and knowledge in hopes of helping you improve your overall health and well-being. I look forward to connecting with you!
My husband, Rob, and I met at Purdue University and have been married for 28 years. We are blessed to have twins, Andrew and Lexi, who are currently college students studying business.
I enjoy following a healthy lifestyle which gives me the energy to take care of my family and fulfill God’s plans and purpose for my life. It is my desire and goal to live the longest life possible, free of disease. I am intentional about my health and living life to the fullest and to serve God to the best of my ability all the days of my life.
Regardless of your health condition today, there is always hope for health and healing and for making sustainable lifestyle changes for improved wellness in body, mind and soul. I am grateful for the opportunity to accompany you on your journey. God has blessed you with many gifts and talents to share with others and has an amazing plan for your life!
“For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you, not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Jeremiah 29:11

Angela Kozinski
Director, Communicator, Creative, Super Connector
Hello! Angela Kozinski here….I’m a born and bred Hoosier (and graduate of Indiana University – Go Big Red!), but My husband John and I have lived in five states over our 30 year marriage. We are blessed with three young adult children who all live in Philadelphia while we do the empty-nesting thing in a nearby suburb.
In addition to a beautiful family and great community of friends, God has blessed me with many unique opportunities over the years including a career in radio news, working for a professional theatre company, and my current part-time role as a floral designer for a local flower shop.
As a lifelong dancer, I joyfully taught Zumba classes for nearly a decade. Recently, I became certified as a SoulCore instructor, and look forward to sharing this beautiful apostolate. I have been active in a women’s bible study at my church for fifteen years, and am currently discerning a wellness ministry for our parish.
Acts of Service is my “love language” and it is my honor and privilege to serve you here at Cheryl White Wellness. I truly believe in God’s providence in our lives, and His desire for us to be whole and holy in body, mind, and soul. Happy to be on this journey with all of you!
“You show me the path of life. In your presence there is fullness of joy; in your right hand are pleasures for evermore.”
Psalm 16:11

How I Stay Active:
In addition to SoulCore, I enjoy barre classes, walks outdoors with friends, and indoor cycling, while listening to inspiring podcasts or uplifting programming
Hobbies and Interests:
Anything related to entertaining – flower arranging, party planning and decor, and spending time with friends and family.
Favorite Book:
Searching for and Maintaining Peace: A Small Treatise on Peace of Heart – by Father Jacques Philippe
Currently Reading:
The Power of Silence: Against the Dictatorship of Noise by Cardinal Robert Sarah and Nicolas Diat and Touching the Divine: A Study of the Gospel of John by Lisa Brenninkmeyer
Something that makes me “different”:
When I was 5 months pregnant with my first child, I endured extreme pressure in my head on a flight and was rendered deaf in my left ear. 24 years later, I suffered sudden sensorial hearing loss (SSHL) in my right ear, requiring me to wear a hearing aid.
“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness.’ So, I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.” 2 Corinthians 12:9
