Vegan Caesar Cashew Dressing

This is one of Cheryl's favorite salad dressings and it is delicious! It is very fast and easy to make in the blender. This recipe makes a large batch of dressing that you can keep for a week in the refrigerator and use throughout the week.

Ingredients
  

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 TB (heaping) nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2/3 cup raw cashews
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp capers (drained)
  • 2 TB fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 TB coconut liquid aminos
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup purified water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into pint size glass Ball jar and cover with lid after serving.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
