Vegan Caesar Cashew Dressing

Vegan Caesar Cashew Dressing
This is one of Cheryl's favorite salad dressings and it is delicious! It is very fast and easy to make in the blender. This recipe makes a large batch of dressing that you can keep for a week in the refrigerator and use throughout the week.
Ingredients
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 1 TB dijon mustard
- 2 TB (heaping) nutritional yeast flakes
- 2/3 cup raw cashews
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 tsp capers (drained)
- 2 TB fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 TB coconut liquid aminos
- 2/3 cup purified water
- 1/8 tsp white pepper (for more spice, add 1/4 tsp instead)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into pint size glass Ball jar and cover with lid after serving.
- Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
