Strawberry Orange Coconut Omega 3 Superfood Smoothie
Made with immune and brain boosting, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and nutrient rich ingredients to nourish your body and mind. Also excellent as a post-exercise meal for recovery. This is also recommended for children, as it contains many nourishing ingredients and tastes delicious! Makes 2 large smoothies.
Ingredients
ORGANIC WHOLE FRUITS & VEGGIES
- 1 ½ cups strawberries, frozen
- ¼ cup freshly peeled orange slices
- ¼ cup fresh carrots, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower rice, frozen
ORGANIC HEALTHY FATS
- 2 TB raw coconut butter
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 TB chia seeds
ORGANIC PROTEIN, SPICES & SUPERFOODS
- 2 servings plant based protein powder
- ¼ cup kefir, plain greek yogurt, or coconut yogurt
RECOMMENDED NUTRIENT BOOSTERS
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ¼ tsp turmeric root powder
- 1 tsp moringa leaf or green superfood powder
- 1 tsp beet root juice powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender
- Optional: Add up to ¼ tsp USDA Organic Stevia Extra Powder for additional sweetness
- Add 3 ½ cups purified water
- Blend on high until smooth
- Pour into 2 stainless steel smoothie shakers or 2 large glasses or Ball jars
- Optional Topping Ideas: handful of fresh berries, hulled hemp seeds, sprouted pumpkin seeds, walnuts, or pecans
