Fresh Mixed Berries

Fresh Mixed Berries
Organic berries are a very nourishing food for your health in many ways! Berries are good for brain health, provide many nutrients, and are anti-inflammatory and loaded with antioxidants, prevent heart disease, and are an important part of a cancer prevention diet. You can eat berries plain or top them with with organic coconut butter, coconut flakes or fresh made whipped cream.Be sure to choose organic berries when possible because strawberries, blueberries, cherries (and grapes, apples, pears, nectarines and peaches) are commonly found on the EWG Dirty Dozen list, which means they are among the fruits that are the most highly sprayed with toxic pesticides.
