Fresh Berries with Yogurt or Kefir

This is a very healthy dessert (or side) that tastes delicious and is very quick to make.

Ingredients
  

ORGANIC PARFAIT INGREDIENTS

  • ⅔ to 1 cup plain greek yogurt, coconut yogurt or kefir
  • 10-12 drops liquid stevia, natural sweetener
  • ½ to ⅔ cup fresh berries
  • 1-2 TB raw nuts, chopped (as topping)

Instructions
 

Make the Healthy Berry Parfait

  • Add ⅓ to ½ cup of plain yogurt or kefir into each small bowl or ramekin
  • Sweeten plain yogurt or kefir in each bowl with organic 5-7 stevia drops and mix well
  • Add ¼ to ⅓ cup of fresh berries on top of each yogurt or kefir bowl
  • Add chopped nuts of your choice on top of each yogurt (or kefir) and berry bowl
