Chia Seed Pudding

This chia seed pudding is healthy and easy to make. You can eat this as a side with your breakfast, as a snack or as healthy dessert. This recipe is sweetened with stevia and does not have any refined sugar! Add berry or fruit toppings and eat at home or take this to go!

Ingredients
  

Organic Ingredients

  • 1 TB + 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
  • tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 5-7 drops organic liquid stevia drops (or any natural sweetener)

Coconut Milk or Almond Milk

  • ½ cup Organic Native Forest Coconut Milk - Unsweetened Simple - No Guar
  • OR ½ cup water + 1 TB Organic KOS Coconut Milk powder
  • OR ½ cup Organic Almond Milk (Almond Malk is the recommended brand made with filtered water, organic almonds and pink himalayan salt)

Optional Toppings

  • ¼ cup fresh berries
  • 1 TB sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 TB pecans, walnuts or almonds, chopped
  • 2 TB plain yogurt or kefir (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut milk or almond milk, Ceylon cinnamon, chia seeds, hemp seeds (optional) and liquid stevia (or any other natural sweetener) into a Ball glass jar, cover and shake well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • When ready to eat, top with yogurt or kefir (optional), chopped nuts, berries, pumpkin seeds or any other toppings that you prefer.
  • You can store it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
