Chia Berry Overnight Oats
This is a healthy, easy to make, oatmeal with omega 3s, that you can make at night to make your breakfast preparation quick! You can add toppings in the morning, and eat at home or take this to go!
Ingredients
Organic Ingredients
- ¼ cup gluten free sprouted rolled oats (One Degree brand recommended)
- 1½ TB chia seeds
- 1 TB hemp seeds
- ¼ tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1 TB protein powder
- 1 scoop KOS coconut milk powder
- 7 drops stevia drops (or any natural sweetener)
Homemade Almond Milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 TB almonds
Toppings
- ⅓ cup fresh berries
- 1 TB sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 1 TB pecans, chopped
- 2 TB yogurt of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Add raw sprouted oats into a glass or a glass jar.
- Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, ceylon cinnamon, stevia drops, protein powder, and coconut milk powder (optional) into the glass jar on top of the oats.
- Add 1 cup of purified water and 1 TB raw almonds to a blender and blend until the almonds are chopped. Pour the almond milk into the jar on top of the oats and other ingredients and stir well.
- Refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours).
- When ready to eat, top with yogurt of your choice (optional). Add chopped pecans, berries, and pumpkin seeds or any other toppings that you prefer.
- You can store it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
