Berry Apple Nut Superfood Smoothie
Made with immune and brain boosting, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying and nutrient rich ingredients to nourish your body and mind. Also recommended as a post-exercise meal for recovery. Makes 2 large smoothies.

Whole Fruits & Veggies
- 1 ½ cups mixed berries, frozen
- ½ cup gala apple, cored and diced
- ½ cup raw spinach (or any greens), fresh or frozen
- `1 ½ cups cauliflower rice, frozen
Healthy Fats
- ⅓ cup raw almonds
- 1 TB chia seeds
- 1 TB flax seeds
- 2 TB raw coconut butter
Protein, Spices & Superfood Powders
- 2 scoops Plant based protein
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ¼ tsp turmeric root powder
- ⅛ tsp ginger root spice or ¾ tsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp green superfood powder or moringa powder
- 1 tsp beet root juice powder
- 2 tsp super anthocyanins powder or acai powder
Instructions
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients into blender
- Add 3 ½ cups purified water
- Optional: Add USDA Organic Stevia Extract Powder for additional sweetness
- Blend on high until smooth
- Pour into 2 stainless steel smoothie shakers or 2 glasses or Ball jars
