Our Vision

As humble servants, equipped by the Holy Spirit, it is our desire to grow God’s Kingdom and create a community in which everyone feels connected and empowered to serve with their God-given gifts and talents and live their lives to their fullest potential.

Our Friendship

Cheryl and Angela have been friends since childhood and have been blessed with their continued friendship throughout their lives. They met in elementary school and were on the cheerleading team together in high school (when big hair was in style)! We are your cheerleaders in Christ and we believe in you, just as God believes in you!

We grew up with different Protestant religions, and both married men who were raised Catholic and converted to Catholicism during marriage preparation and planning. We have many family members and friends with different beliefs and we welcome everyone to join, learn and connect with our community!

We believe in one God, the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) and in the truth of God’s word in the Bible.

We hope our website, blog articles, future courses and events help you learn more about health in accordance with God’s word, follow a healthy lifestyle, and nourish your body, mind and soul. We also hope to help you grow closer to God and live the vibrant life that Jesus came to give you!

Our Values

We believe “Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” Proverbs 16:24

We believe in the Holy Trinity, The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit and that God is alive today! (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 12:4-6)

We believe that God is Love and He loves you with an everlasting love. (1 John 4:16; 1 John 4:9-11; Romans 5:8; Jeremiah 31:3)

We believe that Jesus died on the cross to save us from our sins and to redeem us and restore us to have a relationship with God, Our Heavenly Father and Creator. (John 3:16-17, Ephesians 1:7)

We believe that God loves all of His children and desires to know them and have a relationship with them. (Jeremiah 31:3, Isaiah 43:1-4)

We believe that God has an amazing purpose and plan for every one of His children and that you were designed with a purpose. (Jeremiah 29:11, Proverbs 3:5-6)

We believe God created us in His image and likeness (Genesis 1:27, 1 Peter 1:16) and that we are Temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 3:16, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

We believe God desires us to live in unity and community – edifying each other as sons and daughters in Christ. (Colossians 3:14, Ephesians 4:29)

Our Logo

The butterfly on the Cheryl White Wellness logo was intentionally chosen because God transforms His children into new and beautiful creations in Christ. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new” 2 Corinthians 5:17.

A butterfly is a beautiful illustration of how God transforms us into new creations because we are made in His image! God’s Word says you are intentionally and uniquely created, “precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you.” Isaiah 43:4
