Berry Coconut Milk Sherbet
This healthy sherbet is sweetened with bananas and stevia powder. It tastes delicious and is made without any refined sugar. You can make this recipe with any kind of frozen berries.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas, peeled
- 2 cans full fat coconut milk (see brand recommendation in Recipe Notes section)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups frozen organic berries of choice
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¼ tsp stevia powder (or other natural sweetener)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend well until smooth.
- Pour into small glass Pyrex serving bowls and add a lid to each bowl, and freeze for 2-4 hours, depending on your preference. You can freeze it overnight, however, it will need to thaw it for approximately 1 hour before eating because the sherbet gets very hard.
